Looking to contribute to a National firm, who are the leading provider of rural services?

Our client works with an excellent range of prestigious and innovate clients and provides their employees with the skills and support to significantly expand the Valuation area of the business.

Responsibilities

• You'll be a RICS Registered Valuer and MRICS Chartered Surveyor. You'll undertake RICS Red Book Valuations of farms, estates, land and residential properties of upwards of £1million. Working within an existing team to deliver and strengthen delivery, you'll build relationships with existing and new clients and contacts to secure valuations throughout the region. You'll collaborate with the Head of Rural Valuations and the wider team of Rural Valuers across the country. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual looking to take their next step in their career. The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified, a self-starter, confident in working within and managing aspects of a team and be competent in dealing with clients and other contacts. You'll be based in either the Chester or Shrewsbury office with aspects of working out on site too when required.

Benefits

£35000 – £50000 per annum +

+ car allowance, bonus
