Currently working in a commercial sales role within the Agricultural or Large Animal Health sector?
Open to something a bit different that can still use all your current skillset and knowledge?
We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our Agriculture and Equine team.
Working remotely and 100% exclusive, you’ll be the link between clients and candidates, helping companies find skilled professionals while guiding candidates to the right roles.
Your knowledge of the Agricultural sector will be essential as you build long-term client relationships, understand their needs, and match them with ideal candidates.

Responsibilities

• Achieving set targets and goals both individually and as a team Building relationships with candidates and clients within your sector Identify new business opportunities within the marketplace Using market research and insights to advise candidates and clients on career strategies

Skills

• Proven success in a commercial Agricultural or Animal Health sales role Excellent communication and relationship building skills Strong attention to detail skills The ability to work solo and as part of a wider team Confidence in networking at varying levels of seniority
